Wrist bands which MUST be worn all times when at the event
Where do we enter the rally field? Please refer to the diagram sent with your pass & wrist bands. On arrival please STOP at the exhibitor entry control point to be directed to the correct location.

When can we start to set up our Trade / Autojumble / Craft / Club Stand?  The Rally Field opens from 8.00 AM Friday 6th July

Can I enter at the weekend? NO. Sorry. We operate a strict NO PASS - NO WRISTBAND - NO ENTRY rule. All exhibits or Trade Stands must be pre-booked

How many people can I bring into the event on one pass? TWO. Driver or rider and one passenger. All others will be charged the normal public entry fees.

Can I bring a vehicle different to that shown on the entry pass?  NO.

When can I set up on the campsite? From 8.00 AM Friday 6th July. Please make sure you have your camping passes to hand.

Can I drive my vehicle exhibit around the site?  NO. All vehicle movements must CEASE between 10.30 AM and 4.30 PM on both days unless being marshalled by officials. Note also that a rigidly enforced SPEED LIMIT of 5 mph applies at all times. Anyone being seen to exceed the speed limit will be asked to leave the event immediately

How do I get my Rally Plaque? These will be distributed by the various section organisers during Sunday afternoon

Wrist bands are being issued to ALL visitors and MUST be worn when on the Rally Field

When & where is the event? Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th July 2018 in the estate grounds of Powderham Castle

Where do we park? The FREE Public Car Park is off the A379 Exeter / Teignmouth Road. AA signposted during the event. Note that there is NO vehicular access during the event weekend from the main entrance to Powderham Castle, pedestrians only

How much is it to enter and do you take debit / credit cards? Entry for either day is £10.00 Adults, Children 16 and under, FREE. Concessions £8.00 Programme £2.00. Due to operational difficulties we cannot take credit / debit cards. So CASH ONLY

When does the show open? Public Entry Gates open 10.00 am on both days

Can we bring our dog? YES. Well behaved dogs on short leads are welcome but please clear up as required! AND this year there is a Dog Show (Saturday Only)

Are there any secure facilities to park our bicycles? Yes, just beyond the main public entry pay gate tent there will be facilities available to park & lock your bikes

What will we see and is there an Rally Programme? Hundreds of classic vehicles from all eras in all shapes, sizes and colours. Well in excess of 1100 cars & motorcycles will be on show in the clubs display area plus up to 250 individual classic cars both days. A Rally Programme can be purchased on both days. Live music on the stage near the beer tent.

Is there any children's entertainment. Yes. Bouncy Castle and children's rides

Are there any events in the arena? YES. A full schedule of parades from the various vehicle sections will be on display. Full details will be in the Rally Programme

Is food available and is there a bar? Numerous food outlets will be open all day plus a bar also serving hot food

Can we camp over the weekend? Yes. Online booking only. Link available early February 2018

Do you have any facilities for the disabled? YES. Motability scooter hire is available via Teignmouth Shopmobility but please note the scooters MUST be reserved in advance of the event. Ring 01626 777775 Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm

Where can I find out more about the Crash Box & Classic Car Club and can we join over the weekend? Please visit the Club Marquee situated directly opposite the main public entry gate. Club members will be pleased to have a chat and our Membership Secretary will be there to take new applications

For those who regularly use the camp field please note the NEW entry gate to the camp field. This is to avoid driving through the new display area for Stationary engines and tractors. BUT please be aware the lane is a 'Public Footpath' used by walkers, often with dogs, children and cyclists. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY.
