The Main Charities we are supporting are:

Dear Exhibitor,

Thank you very much for entering our rally this year. We have pleasure in enclosing your vehicle passes and for those who have booked to camp, your camping passes. Please note the camping field is available from 7am on Friday 6th July. Also enclosed are the wrist bands that MUST be worn at all times whilst attending the event. These are RED if you are not camping or NEON BLUE if you are camping. Please check you have received the correct wristbands.

Your vehicle entry covers admission for the vehicle plus driver and one passenger; all other adult occupants will be charged at the public entrance rate.  The pass must be clearly displayed in the vehicle at all times and wristbands worn at all times.

We operate a NO PASS - NO WRISTBAND - NO ENTRY rule that is rigidly enforced.

Camping passes will be checked upon entry to the camping field and must be securely attached to your tent/caravan. Camping is only allowed in the designated camping field.

If, for any unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to bring your vehicle to exhibit, but you wish to come to the rally, you will be required to pay the difference between your exhibitor fee and the public entry fee.

The rally opens at 10.00 am on both days. Due to Health and Safety regulations, there will be NO movement of vehicles between 10.30 am and 4.30 pm without an escort. If you need to move a vehicle on the rally field between these hours, you must contact the CBCCC Main Control and obtain an escort.

Dogs must be kept on a short lead. Owners who allow their dogs to run loose or anywhere near the deer park will be asked to leave. Please observe Marshal’s Instructions at all times and treat all our volunteers with respect, they freely give up their time to make the show a success for all.

We hope you all enjoy your weekend at the Crash Box and Classic Car Club rally. If we can be of any assistance during the rally please do not hesitate to contact us at the Main Control.

With regards from

The 2018 Rally Committee
